Sales Management
Sales Management in ERPIND allows you to manage leads, track deals, and build lasting customer relationships. You can seamlessly move leads through the sales funnel, create proposals, and convert leads into clients.
- From the main dashboard, click on the "Sales Management" section.
- Add a new lead by entering customer details, lead source, and other relevant information.
- Monitor the status of leads and move them through various stages like 'Contacted,' 'Proposal Sent,' etc.
- Once a lead is ready, convert it into a deal by creating a proposal or quote for the client.
- Send generated proposals and quotations directly to the client from within the system.
- Track all deals in a pipeline view, and ensure you are meeting sales targets and timelines.
- Set reminders for follow-up actions and maintain client communications for a successful conversion.
HR Management
HR Management helps you manage employee data, track performance, handle payroll, and monitor attendance. It simplifies managing the entire workforce from a single platform.
- Click on the "HR Management" tab located in the sidebar.
- Enter the personal and professional details of the employee in the system.
- Log employee attendance, including leave, sick days, and work hours.
- Set salary details, calculate wages, and issue pay slips directly from the system.
- Use performance tracking tools to assess employee productivity and manage reviews.
- Analyze detailed reports on various employee related data.




Project Management
Manage your projects efficiently with Project Management tools in ERPIND. Track tasks, deadlines, and collaborate with your team to ensure timely project completion.
- Select "Project Management" from the navigation menu.
- Click on 'Create New Project,' and input the project name, description, and team members.
- Break the project down into smaller tasks and assign them to team members.
- Define deadlines and task priorities to keep everything on track.
- Use Gantt charts or Kanban boards to visualize project timelines and task status.
- Add comments, files, and updates to tasks for effective team collaboration.
- Regularly update the status of tasks and project phases, marking tasks as complete when done.
Finance Management
Finance Management helps businesses track invoices, payments, expenses, and generate financial reports for better financial decision-making.
- Click on "Finance Management" from the main menu.
- Create new invoices for clients based on completed services/products and send them directly.

- Assign projects to the client and track progress through the client dashboard.
- Generate and send invoices and proposals directly from the client’s profile.

- Log meetings, emails, and calls to maintain consistent communication with clients.
Ticket Management
Ticket Management helps resolve customer support queries efficiently by organizing issues and assigning them to the appropriate team for timely resolution.
- Add a new customer issue or query in the system by creating a ticket.
